That's awesome! I wish I could help you, but it is totally understandable that you would work with the mom :) Good luck, make sure to ammend your taxes and get the $8000 back. And I have the best loan officer if you need one.
I will say that was my first thought. Clad it is a house and not a baby. Although how old was Melynn when you guys got pregnant with Alex. Glad it is your Mom helping you so you don't have to worry about her pushing you into a house you cannot afford.
