Well I can't believe that Alex is a week old already. It seems like just yesterday that I was in the hospital. I was really scared of Peter going back to work and having to take care of two kids alone for the 8 hours while he was at work. I was also worried about how Melynn would adjust to having a little brother and not having all the attention. So far everything has gone a whole lot better than I expected. I still have some hard moments but I just have to push through them. I also have to say thanks to all those who have helped us with the adjustment. Especially you Mom. Thanks for helping me and being willing to come over during your lunch or taking the day off to help me out. I love you!

That week really did go by fast! My goodness. I want to come and visit so bad, but now I have a stinkin cold! If I can do anything else for you all, please let me know. I am not too far away.
I have a cold too. I know that sounds totally lame since Jenna said it first but I do. But Chrissy said Alex is totally adorable and I believe her! I hope every thing is going great, you can call me too if you need anything!
This is something that I think all 2nd time Mom's worry about but I think we tend to worry for nothing since they always seem to adapt. Maybe it is just in the hereditary worrying that we get from Mom. I am glad things are going well for you.
